Parking Lot Re-striping

Parking lot re-striping

Thursday and Friday- JULY 10 -11, 2025

The parking lot area (parking spaces and lines) will be restriped in two phases to facilitate parking of vehicles. This project will commence at 8.00am on Thursday July 10th at the mail box entrance (4291 PC) through to 4173- 4159PC – only on one side of the street, in parking bays directly in front of the units. (you may park in the open spaces across the street)

The rest, including 4280-4274 and 4214-4204 and those on the right side of the street will continue on Friday. Units 4185-4141, 4115-4103 and 6998-6984 and all parking spaces there will also be done on Friday.  All subject to change and weather conditions.

See attached map – Highlighted in Yellow – on Thursday, Blue on Friday

Kindly assist us by not parking in these spaces on the respective days.

Pressure Cleaning

NOTICE – PRESSURE CLEANING

EXTERIOR OF ALL BUILDINGS, SIDEWALKS AND CURBS, GUTTERS AND DOWNSPOUTS

Please be advised that pressure cleaning is scheduled for

TUESDAY NOV 12TH , 2024 TO FRIDAY NOV 15TH 2024

(weather permitting, the job will continue the following week if necessary)

  • Please make sure all doors and windows are closed. (Tip – place towels inside on window sills and under front door)
  • Kindly remove all personal items including front door hangings, all decorations in yard area, holiday lights etc on all buildings.
  • Please do not park in front of your building on the day your building is scheduled to be done.

Note: Neither the contractor, the BOD nor Management will be responsible for any damage to personal property.
